VIRGINIA BEACH - A Virginia amber alert has a happy ending today. A baby is found unharmed several hours after her parent's mini-van was stolen from a convenience store.

It all started around 9-30 this morning in Virginia Beach.

One-year-old Naomi's mother was pumping gas when a man pushed her away and jumped into the van.

The man drove off with the child still in her car seat.

The little girl was later found in a parking lot in Newport News.

Police are searching for 24-year-old Matthew R. Nash as a "person of interest."

The Honda Odyssey he's driving has Florida plates with the number has HAS-HEM-1.
