Richmond SPCA offers spay/neuter services

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -  The Richmond SPCA offers free spay and neuter services to for low-income pet owners. It's an easy process, all you need to do is go to their website to see if you qualify and make an appointment.

Every year they perform more than 14,000 thousand surgeries. Robin Starr, Chief Executive Officer of the Richmond SPCA, says the need for these services are increasing each year.

If you do not qualify for the free services, SPCA does offer low-cost surgeries as well.
