RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A Chesterfield county man is now accused of trying to bribe a witness in his fatal hit and run trial.

Monday, a Richmond grand jury indicted 36 year old Bryan Christopher Shull on charges of bribery, attempted perjury and obstruction of justice.

Prosecutors say Shull tried to bribe a witness to give him a fake alibi for his September manslaughter trial.

He's accused of hitting and killing a 15 year old girl as she crossed Wamsley Boulevard with her mother last January.
