HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - Police said a Henrico woman has turned herself in on Monday for shoplifting a pair of pants from the Pink Palm store in the 6200 block of River Road last month.
Crystal Hicks Hickman, 39, has been charged with petit larceny.
Police said, after she took the pants, she later returned to the store with her daughter and exchanged the pants for a smaller size.
This is the second time, in recent months, merchandise has been stolen from the Pink Palm store. Police released surveillance images of another suspect caught stealing from the store on April 7th.
Venus Cauley, 45, of Chester turned herself in to Henrico Police after the images of her were released to the media. She has been charged with grand larceny and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
