Operation Air Land and Speed returns to VA roadways

From NBC12 News

RICHMOND, VA (NBC12) - Slow down and proceed with caution on Virginia interstates.

Sunday and Monday, extra state troopers will be on I-295 and I-85 watching for drivers who are speeding or impaired.

For the first time, Operation Air, Land, and Speed will also include the Pocahontas 895 toll road.

So be careful there as well.

Since there may be a lot of activity on the shoulders, State Police remind you to move over to another lane and give emergency personnel plenty of space.
