RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Virginia Commonwealth University's former police chief, who faces trial on sex charges next month, is in critical care in Richmond today.

Style Weekly is reporting that Willie Fuller suffered a diabetes-related emergency and is being treated at VCU Health Systems.

Fuller is charged with soliciting sex with a 14 year old girl in Chesterfield County.

His arrest was part of an internet sting where detectives posed as minors attempting to catch child predators.
