RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - It's business as usual at Richmond City Hall today.

Computers are back up and running after a small explosion and fire Saturday morning knocked out the power.

A city spokesperson says no personal information was compromised and computers are running without problems.

The explosion happened while contractors were installing a new power system for the city's IT functions.

The back up battery failed, causing the fire.  The new power source is now in place.
