RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - There are new details about the man being considered for Richmond's Chief Administrative Officer position.
It appears Byron C. Marshall has a history of controversy in his prior jobs.
Marshall is the president of an Austin, TX, non profit which is now being audited by the city.
According to the Austin Statesman, his agency has also, quote... "come under fire for charging too much money."
Marshall responded by email late this Wednesday and said no final decision has been made on this position so it would be inappropriate for him to comment.
