Henrico searching for accomplice in theft & fraud case

The Henrico Police need help in locating a wanted person and identifying his accomplice in a Credit Card Theft and Fraud case.

On March 21, 2009 the victim's credit card was stolen from a business in the western part of Henrico County. Later that day the card was used at 11 stores within a 2 1/2 period in Henrico and Richmond.

We have identified one suspect as:

Dillard, Perette
B/M DOB 10-19-63

Warrants are on file for Felony - Credit card forgery, Felony - Obtain/withhold a credit card w/o owners consent and  Misdemeanor - Larceny of a credit card.

The other suspect was captured on video at one of the stores where the card was used. He is the black male with the sunglasses and striped knit stocking hat. His first name may be Richard.
