Two arrested, third sought in BW3 robbery

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond Police have arrested two people and are looking for a third person who robbed Buffalo Wild Wings at gunpoint Wednesday.

On Thursday, two of the three suspects were arrested. Michael A. Charity, 22, of the 6100 block of Bickerstaff Place in Henrico County, has been charged with three counts of robbery, two counts of abduction, one count of aggravated assault and six counts of use of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Charlene T. Scott, 20, of the 2300 block of Selden Street, is charged with three counts of robbery.

Warrants have also been obtained for Arshad Suluki, 19, of Richmond, for three counts of robbery.

Around 9:30 a.m. on May 13, three people wearing dark winter jackets, black jeans and black shoes with masks and hoods over their heads entered the closed restaurant, located at 1501 E. Cary Street.

They got into the closed business through a rear unlocked door and demanded money from three employees inside. During the robbery, one employee was assaulted and suffered minor injuries. Afterward, the suspects forced the employees into the freezer and fled the scene.

Anyone with any information about Suluki's whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
