Police investigate white powder found in rental office

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - White powder was found in an envelope in a South Richmond apartment rental office.

It happened around 1 p.m. in the 4600 block of Southwood Parkway.

The woman who came in contact with the powder was not injured.

The powder was sent to the lab for testing.
