NBC12 News

POWHATAN, VA (NBC12) -Three people charged with aiding in the flight of Ethan and Joey Parrish are scheduled to be tried in court Friday.

Bennett Davis, David Franklin and Brad Harris each face obstruction of justice charges after prosecutors say they helped the Parrish cousins flee to the Canadian border following last year's deadly shooting.

Davis and Franklin are also charged with six counts of accessory after the fact and drug possession charges.

Harris and two other people are also facing accessory charges in Amelia County. They go to court in May.
