RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Former VCU Police Chief William Fuller is scheduled to appear in court Thursday for a preliminary hearing.

Fuller, 50, was arrested in January after a Chesterfield police officer posing as a 14-year-old girl said he caught Fuller twice soliciting sex and attempting indecent liberties with the fictitious teen.

A spokesperson with the university says that Fuller no longers works for VCU.
