Sunday, Firefighters will climb up and down the Suntrust building five times, to pay tribute to those killed in the September 11 attacks ten years ago.
A portion of the World Trade Center is now in Hanover County. The fire department requested a piece of the wreckage and received it. To commemorate the 10 year anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, the department will officially unveil the monument this weekend during a ceremony.
