Update: Victim identified in South Richmond homicide

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

Richmond police are investigating a homicide. Early Sunday morning, officers responded to calls of a person shot in the 400 Block of East 34th street just off Hull Street.

When police arrived, they found 31 year old Lynn Taylor, Jr. inside a vehicle. Taylor had been shot and later died at the scene.

This is still and ongoing investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call crime stoppers at (804) 780-1000.
