LOUISA COUNTY, VA (WWBT) - Police are investigating a deadly accident on Interstate 64 involving three cars.
State Police say a car crashed shortly after 6:30pm Monday night in Louisa County at mile marker 159.
All of the west-bound lanes were closed at one point.
Fifty-seven-year-old Pi Tyler was killed in the crash. Police say she was wearing her seat belt. Her passenger, 51-year-old Hsien Cheng, was injured and taken to UVA Medical Center.
