RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - We have information just into our newsroom tonight that Richmond Sheriff C.T. Woody is being investigated for sexual battery.
Style Weekly reports a female who used to be in the sheriff's employment is making the allegations.
The paper says Richmond Commonwealth's Attorney Michael Herring confirms a special prosecutor has been appointed from outside the Richmond-area, to investigate the case.
