RICHMOND, VA (WWBT)- State Police are reporting a large pothole in the right lane E. I-64 near Bottoms Bridge. Repair should be finished by noon. Use caution through the area. Two crashes in the west end at E. I-64 near Parham, & Colony Bluff near Gaskins Road.

WEEKLY TRAFFIC OUTLOOK

These are current construction/ utility projects around the area to watch out for.

Richmond- Utility project for thirty days closes eastbound Midlothian at Old Midlothian. Use Rodman as your alternate.

Richmond- Due to maintenance Orleans is closed from Osborne to Williamsburg Rd. Use Nicholson as your alternate.

Chesterfield- The Coxendale Bridge is closed for repairs. Use Old Stage & Osborne Road. This project will continue through February.

Chesterfield- New bridge construction Woolridge Road from Genito Rd. to Crown Point Rd. This project will continue through spring of 2010.

Henrico- Utility project 9pm - 5am E. Broad St. from Horsepen to Dickens Rd. This project will continue through spring of 2010.

Henrico- Paving project nightly 7pm - 6am S. I-295 from Nuckols Rd. to Staples Mill Rd.. This project will continue through the summer of 2010.

Henrico- Willis Church Rd. near Carters Mill Rd. Bridge is closed for repairs through May 2010.

Dinwiddie- Alternating lane closures for maintenance 7am - 5pm N. I-85 near Washington St. This project will continue through February of 2010.
