CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Two Chesterfield shopping centers are under new ownership.

Courthouse Shops and Cloverhill Shops were both acquired by Baltimore-based Klein Enterprises.

The company already owns four other shopping centers in northern Virginia.

In a release, Klein said the shopping centers were in a growing market with strong population growth and employment and said both offer national and local outlets with long-term success records.

Between the two shopping centers, there is one vacant unit.
